Zeroville trailer teases James Franco’s star-studded misplaced movie set in Hollywood 1969: Watch

Imagine it or not, James Franco truly beat Quentin Tarantino to 1969 Hollywood. Again in 2014, the actor-turned-director went again in time with Zeroville, a comedy/drama that was left within the ’60s with out plutonium when its distributor (Alchemy) went bankrupt.

Now, myCinema has snatched up the rights to the image and plan on releasing it this fall. In anticipation, they’ve dropped the groovy new trailer, which teases one other wildly bold flip from Franco and one other star-studded journey.

No shit. Along with Franco, the movie stars de facto partner-in-crime Seth Rogen, Jacki Weaver, Megan Fox, Jamie Costa, Will Ferrell, Joey King, Craig Robinson, and Danny McBride. Franco performs a younger actor with desires of superstardom.

Swinging ’60s right here we come…

Right here’s the complete synopsis:

Vikar is a misplaced soul journeying via Hollywood 1969, a land of myths, magnificence, and monsters. The studio system is in decay, and a brand new era of brash filmmakers are on the rise. Together with his shaved head marked by a tattoo from his favourite movie, 1951’s A Place within the Solar, Vikar is a weird presence even amid the dreamers and gamers. He finds work first constructing units, then as an apprentice editor obsessive about wielding the ability of transferring photos. As his involvement within the inventive course of deepens, so does his fascination with a tragic display screen goddess named Soledad. Collectively they uncover simply how exhausting it’s to reside within the blurred boundary between actuality and phantasm.
