Brandt Jean, 18, accepted the 2019 Moral Braveness Award from the Texas-based institute alongside his household and regulation enforcement management, NBC studies. He obtained the award after publicly embracing officer Amber Guyger in courtroom on Oct. 2, forgiving her for the homicide of his brother.
