Between Two Ferns: The Film to premiere on Netflix in September
Netflix has made it official: a full-length movie model of Zach Galifianakis’s masterful interview program, Between Two Ferns, will premiere on September 20th.
Aptly titled Between Two Ferns: The Film, it’s being directed by Scott Aukerman and produced by Humorous or Die. In response to a plot synopsis supplied by Humorous or Die, the movie will transcend Galifianakis’ interviews and provide an expose on the host himself.
“Zach Galifianakis dreamed of changing into a star. However when Will Ferrell found his public entry TV present Between Two Ferns and uploaded it to Humorous Or Die, Zach grew to become a viral laughing inventory. Now Zach and his crew are taking a street journey to finish a sequence of high-profile superstar interviews and restore his fame. Directed by Scott Aukerman, Between Two Ferns: The Film is a laugh-out-loud comedy that offers new perception into the curmudgeonly, beloved outsider Zach Galifianakis has created through the years.”
A teaser picture says the movie will function “celebrities you’ve heard of.” Previous studies indicated that David Letterman, Peter Dinklage, Keanu Reeves, Ed Helms, and Bradley Cooper are all set to look.
